
eve, If you broke up with someone you love , of course you are going to feel sad and cry alot. Well, nothing is wrong with that, but should you spend all of your days think about him in that miserable state? No right? OK, I some have simple ways to move on after you have had your heart broken.
1. stop listening to a sad music and films,because that will make you more sad.
2.avoid talking to pessimistic people.
3. try to throw all his stuffs away or cell it.
4. Share your sadness withsomeone you trust
5. Don’t ever try to call him because he is going to hurt you more
6. spend your time with your friend and your family.
7.travel and enjoy your life.
8.practice sport or yoga.
9.remember all the bad stuff he did to you.
10.change your look and take care of your self.
