Drink plenty of water. Your body needs a lot of water

so give in to water. and you have to know that water has 0calories

2- Stay away from sweetened bottle drinks, especially

sodas.

3- Eat fresh fruit instead of drinking fruit juice. and fruits of course are an

excellent source of vitamins.

4-As soon you wake up drink a cup of water.

5- eat things contain water tomatoes and watermelons and apple. there is nothing that you have to lose by feasting on them.

6- before you start the meal drink a glass of water that will make you feel fuller without eating a lot of food

7- Make chocolates a luxury and not a routine.

8- Try to have breakfast within one hour of waking.

9-Fix times to have meals and stick to it.

10- Choose white meat rather than red.

11-Don’t eat late at night

12-Try drinking warm milk before bedtime

13-Don’t turn on the TV at night

14-Try yoga or other stress-relieving practices

15-Try having a warm bath before bedtime

16-Don’t exercise close to bedtime; your body can become so energized that it doesn’t want to sleep!
