Step 1: Create a GMail account

You need a GMail account to use Blogger. If you have an email address that ends in "@gmail.com," then you can skip this step.

If not, you'll need to go to www.gmail.com and get an account. When you go to gmail.com you'll see this screen.

Click on "Sign Up for Gmail." Then enter the information it asks for to create your account. When you've done this successfully, you'll be taken to a new screen that says "Congratulations!" and tells you that you have successfully set up your account. You're done with Step 1!

Step 2: Create a Blogger Account

Now you're ready to use Blogger!

Go to www.blogger.com and click "Create Your Blog Now," as shown below

On the next screen:

enter your GMail address and password Then you need to choose a display name. This is the name that will show up with all your posts. You may want to use your full name, your first name, or a nickname.

Click to Accept the Terms of Service and then Click "Continue."

step 3 name your blog:

Use the next screen to enter your blog's title and its URL. The URL is the address of your blog on the Internet — it's what people will type into their web browsers to get to you. The title will be changeable later, but the URL will not, so choose carefully. You should write down your full URL so you can find your blog later and can tell your friends where to find it. Click Continue when you are done.

step 4: choose a blog template

choose blog template from the options Blogger provides. This determines the basic look and feel of your blog, although some images (like the image on the top) can be changed later. You will also be able to change your template later, so don't worry too much about this decision right now. You select a template by clicking on the round radio button beneath it. Click "Continue" when you're done.

That's it! You have a blog!

Now it's time to post text and images, start tracking your visitors and start earning money!
